Tourism to Africa is not zero. In fact it's appreciable.
Why is there very little incidence of HIV seropositivity from tourists
arriving into Europe & North America from Africa?

Let us arm ourselves more firmly with the revolutionary idea of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung! - 15 Feb 2006 09:32 GMT

Maybe because Europeans and North Americans are smart enough not
to f.ck the locals on their trips to Africa?
It's not hard to imagine, Africans are so fugly that no rich white
tourist would ever have sex with them; but of course blacks living
in America and Europe might do so, therefore explaining why they
have a higher infection rate on both continents.

I remember seeing a study that claimed the majority of new HIV cases in the
UK were occurring in African immigrants and people who had traveled in
Africa.
