 The CDC's Dr. Donald Francis admitted that the HepB vaccine
was derived from at least one donor who later developed AIDS
- thus by all standards the HepB vaccine was clearly contaminated
with HIV.

The references and quotations that follow illustrate the
fact that the HIV "epidemic" was entirely iatrogenic in
origin and was over as soon as its existence could be
explained by the Gallotians (care to guess where Gallo
obtained his HIV "discovery"?).

As reviewed by Billi Goldberg and others:

"Hepatitis B vaccine trials in high risk and HBV-negative homosexual
 men  took place in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The first NYC
 participant was inoculated in November 1978, while the five-city trial
 (Los Angeles, San Francisco, St. Louis, Chicago, Denver), which
 was done in clinics for sexually transmitted diseases, began in March
 1980 (Francis et al., 1982; Szmuness et al., 1981; Szmuness et al.,
 1980)."

Dr. Donald Francis is today the President of Vaxgen, a company which
is participating in the HIV vaccine scam (Vaxgen's IPO was worth
$25 million dollars to Dr. Francis).

Project Inform - the pharmhand-directing organization with its

received significant contributions directly from Vaxgen.
Despite the fact that Project Inform is a "tax exempt"
organization, it's "Founding Director" Martin Delaney
steadfastly refuses to disclose the amounts of money
he receives from his pharmaceutical donors.

Abstract: In the United States, one hepatitis B vaccine (Heptavax-B) has
been licensed for the prevention of hepatitis B virus infections. Even
though this vaccine has been shown to be highly effective and well
tolerated in controlled trials and has been recommended for use in those
at risk for acquiring infection by hepatitis B virus, many individuals
have been reluctant to be immunized for fear of contracting acquired
immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). In this study, we demonstrate that
each of the three inactivation steps used in the manufacture of
Heptavax-B independently will inactivate the infectivity of high-titered
preparations of the AIDS virus; recipients of the hepatitis B vaccine do
not develop antibodies to the AIDS virus; the hepatitis B vaccine does
not contain detectable levels of nucleic acids related to the AIDS
virus. These observations clearly demonstrate that vaccination with the
currently available hepatitis B vaccine poses no demonstrable risk for
acquiring AIDS.

recipients of hepatitis B vaccine pools 73304 through 73307, each of
which retrospectively was found to include plasma from at least one
donor in whom AIDS subsequently developed.

The material that was assayed for the presence of nucleic acids from the
AIDS virus was the final aqueous product of two different production
pools of hepatitis B vaccine, each of which was found retrospectively to
include plasma from at least one donor in whom AIDS subsequently

The highly purified HBsAg vaccine particles from the NYC homosexual
carriers were treated with pepsin, urea, and formalin (aqueous solution
of formaldehyde) to kill any possible residual live virus (Francis et
al., 1986; Centers for Disease Control, 1982; Szmuness et al., 1980).
Apparently, according to Merck, Sharp and Dohme, a concentration of
0.01% formaldehyde (formalin) was actually used to inactivate residual
live virus in their Hepatavax-B vaccine after the pepsin and urea
treatments (Francis et al., 1986). This concentration differs from what
was reported in the article from the actual trial (formalin
concentration of 1:4000/0.025%) (Szmuness et al., 1980). Interestingly,
in an early 1980 clinical trial of hepatitis B vaccine in male
homosexuals in the Netherlands, the vaccine was heat-inactivated
(Coutinho et al., 1983).

According to CDC researchers, infectious HIV-1 was recovered from
cells treated with 1% paraformaldehyde (polymer of formaldehyde)
(Aloisio & Nicholson, 1990). Spire et al. (1984) (co-authors Montagnier,
Barre-Sinoussi, & Chermann) reported that 0.1% formalin was
unsatisfactory in rending RT activity undetectable. Inactivation of HIV
by pepsin treatment is temperature dependent (Omar et al., 1996). HIV-1
is completely inactivated by heating cycles (pasteurization) (Lelie et
al., 1987; Mauler et al., 1987).
