I'm not going to respond to any more posts from Fred Shaw. Why should
I respond to someone who doesn't have the guts to sign his own name,
who persistently lies and infuses all of his comments with such
viciousness?

I reserve the right to any legal recourse and to all rights and
remedies.

I've worked really hard with some amazing people for virtually nothing
over the years and I'm proud of our successes and hope to do much more
in the future.

This isn't about Mr. Shaw. This is ALL about Mr. George M. Carter,
the Director of FIAR, a non-profit "Charity" organization that solicits
TAX DEDUCTIBLE donations so that he can "help" people with AIDS.

Over the years, George M. Carter has screeched and demanded
THE EXACT SAME accountability from other similar organizations
who take money for AIDS. When it is George M. Carter's turn to
take that money, he throws his hands up and walks away from his
RESPONSIBILITY to account to those he claims to be "helping".

This is OUTRAGEOUS and hypocrits like Carter know it.

If Carter thinks I am just going to drop this discussion, he is
very seriously mistaken.

>Why should I respond to someone who doesn't have the guts
>to sign his own name

Most posters on newsgroups do NOT use their actual identities.
Mr. Carter has demonstrated why that is a good policy as he
attempts to personalize these discussions rather than deal
with the facts which obviously embarrass him.

> who persistently lies and infuses all of his comments with such
> viciousness?

Mr. Carter, stop trying to weasle out of your responsibility by
blaming anyone and everyone who dares to challenge you to
account for the funds you collect in the name of AIDS !

> I reserve the right to any legal recourse and to all rights and remedies.

Are you threatening me, Mr. Carter?

Are you attempting to MODERATE this newsgroup through LEGAL
threats?

Perhaps Mr. Shaw has legal recourse too - especially when you
have libeled the man BY NAME repeatedly with accusations and insinuations
I'm not going to repeat. I have forwarded your libelous posts to the last
known address I have for Mr. Shaw - and will continue to do so.

Your behavior has been appalling, Mr. Carter. For someone who
holds themselves out as a non-profit tax-deductible charity for the
benefit of AIDS victims,

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

> I've worked really hard with some amazing people for virtually nothing

Great. Congratulations. Given your claim of success through hard work,
why do you blatantly REFUSE to account for the TAX DEDUCTIBLE
charitable funds you purport to collect in the name of AIDS ???

What are you hiding, Mr. Carter?

Waxing Biblical: "as  he sows, so shall he reap."

We will NOT allow Carter to bully us with legal threats. Carter MUST
be held accountable for the funds he collects for AIDS.

Any casual review of Google groups will reveal Carter's MANY
years of seething personal and libelous attacks against
ANYONE who dared to have an opinion other than his.

I can think of NO ONE who fits the definition of "Usenet Troll"
better than George M. Carter.

Don't we ALL "reserve the right to any legal recourse and to all
rights and remedies"?

>Are you threatening me, Mr. Carter?

Carter now becomes the BULLY - something to  expect from his
passive-aggressive history.

>Are you attempting to MODERATE this newsgroup through LEGAL

Yes Carter is struggling to regain control of this newsgroup. What
else to expect from HIV-negative Control Freaks who declare themselves
non-profit tax-deductible charities in the name of people with AIDS?

As I think about Carter's veiled legal threats, what comes to mind
are Carter's YEARS of Usenet abuse on one newsgroup after
another. Over time, Carter's abuses became pathological to the
point where he couldn't stop. That's the problem with believing
your own bullshit as if a religion.

At the end of the day, Usenet remains a forum for discussing
opinions and ideas. Carter's ideas include setting himself up as a
charity (FIAR) to help people with AIDS and he solicits funds
that are tax-deductible for that purpose. Yet Carter refuses
accountability and instead throws one childish tantrum after another,
blaming me, blaming you, calling us cowards and bullies, and
ending with a veiled threat of legal harassment in yet another
failed attempt to moderate this newsgroup.

Mr. Carter, there is one simple solution for you:  LEAVE.

Gee, after reading all this, I finally understand a few things.  Now I know
why Mr. Carter had so much trouble to believe that "Iconoclaster" is
really Dr. Wilhelm Godschalk, Biochemist.  He must have thought  I was
someone from his past, back to haunt him.  Pure paranoia.  Oh well, I may
not be someone from his past, but still... there will be hell to pay.

Can you explain why Susie/AZT Murder replies to himself in the same
thread?

Susie has every right to respond to my posts, no different that I
might respond to iconoclasters or anyone else.

Who the f.ck are you, the PharmaTaliban?

No.  Why don't you ask him?
Can you explain why you appear in this mud-slinging thread, Mr. Noble?

I can ... but I won't - at least not yet.

We're ALL waiting for our heroic loud-mouth of ACTUP New York, FIAR's
Mr. George M. Carter, to answer some basic questions about precisely
HOW he has helped people in Nepal.

But Carter seems to have conveniently developed a serious case
of LOCKJAW...

LOL !!!

LOL. Nope. I have nothing to hide. As I've said, people can contact me
with any questions.

The one to have something to hide appears to be you!

Yet another sock puppet....or is this gosh a totally different person
than "AZTMurder" or "Susie"?

What have you got to hide????? Why are you so utterly terrified to
sign your own name??? Why are you such an incredible coward??

The anonymous poster appears to have a case of the rabid foaming
lockjaw so characteristic of bullies and liars!

Bullshit - you are here, you solicit money for AIDS - you can answer
a few questions RIGHT HERE in the sunshine of this newsgroup.

Mr. Carter, would we be better served if I took my
inquiries beyond the confines of this newsgroup?

Are you getting my drift now?

Mr. Carter,

Your FIAR non-profit charitable tax-deductible web site solicits
funds, in part for your work with the Blue Diamond Society in Nepal.

Your web site states that you went to Nepal in 2003 to work
with the Blue Diamond Society.

Four simple questions that have nothing to do with money
or the identities of your donors:

1. Was your trip to Nepal in 2003 your last trip?

2. When is your NEXT trip to Nepal?

3. Are you still working with the Blue Diamond Society and how
would you characterize their success since you began working
with them in Nepal?

4. Do you and FIAR collaborate in any way with ACTUP Paris, and
is ACTUP Paris involved with the Blue Diamond Society in Nepal?

>The one to have something to hide appears to be you!

As you can see, I'm no longer asking about money or your
donors, I'm simply interested in your activities - that which
you purport to have done in the name of helping people with AIDS.

Why can't you answer these simple questions, eh Mr. Carter?

What seems to have you so "spooked"?
AZT Murder - 15 Sep 2005 13:27 GMT
>But Carter seems to have conveniently developed a serious case

>LOL !!!

Yes, it IS too bad that Mr. Carter chooses to remain a participant on
this AIDS-topic newsgroup while refusing to discuss ANYTHING
about his taxpayer-subsidized charity (FIAR) which he purports
to have been created to help people with AIDS!!!

But that's all the better because we CAN and WILL draw conclusions
about Carter's hijinks based on his silence and evasion -
documentarian Michael Moore does that quite masterfully.

Based on investigative research I have, Mr. George M. Carter
and his FIAR Board of Directors could be in a heap of trouble
and I'm considering putting the good folks from CBS' 60 Minutes
and certain others  on my routing list because of certain
suspicious and highly questionable/irregular activities of
Carter's FIAR.

So stay tuned...

But isn't it funny how the big bad ACTUP New York's loudmouth George
M. Carter has suffered stage fright upon being challenged to account
for the money he personally receives from FIAR on behalf of "AIDS"?
