Disgusting amoral intellectual void...

No, not George W. Bush, my brother.  He has HIV/AIDS, is addicted to crystal meth,
completely certifiably insane and has been committed involuntarily until they
proclaimed him "cured" a week or so later and unleashed him on Southern Nevada.

So now I just moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and he's visiting (pending his
latest his court date for whatever) and today we went to San Franciso for the
day.  There was no point, the experience was just totally lost on him.  He was
there for one reason, to get to Castro Street and find the nearest gay bar and
park his anal-warted a.s there the rest of the day and night.  We had to take the
Muni subway instead of the scenic 1920s-era trolly that runs down Market Street
because he was in such a f.cking hurry to get to the bar.  Chinatown was lost on
him, the fun of comparing restaurant menus destroyed by his near insistence on
going to McDonalds.  Golden Gate Park and hippies openly selling bags of pot
wasn't entirely lost on him, but he still was in too much of a hurry to chill
for a few on the grassy knoll, he just HAD to get to Mecca (err...Castro St.).
Haight-Ashbury was pretty much lost on him, even though he's a hardcore
druggie, the history of the drug movement is lost on him, all he cares about
is his crystal methamphetamine.

The last straw was after he got to Castro Street he went into some bar (without
me), got some gay pornoganda rag, read the first few ads then proclaimed
that he was off to Berkeley to visit some "bathhouse" called Steammachine or
something and proceeded to describe to me how they were legal because they were
private property (?) and that he was going because he (quote) "hadn't had sex
in two months."  I knew then he was insane, not only insane but had no
conscience and if souls exist his is totally dead, evil is the only word for it
and I usually reject traditional religions notions of good and evil.  I told
him right out that I considered his suggestion to be criminal, his response was
something along the lines of it wasn't criminal because either it was private
property and/or the law against sex in public wasn't enforced.  In other words,
the word "criminal" in the context I used it meant "public sex," not "infecting
unsuspecting victims with HIV."  The thought that might be criminal never even
crossed what passes for his mind.  Disgusting amoral intellectual void...

I can't describe it, I was already giving him a second chance from my experience
babysitting him last year (my family takes turns as he can't be left alone).  I
thought his antipsychotic medication was finally working, that he came back from
what I witnessed last year (it weren't purty), and that we could salvage our
relationship.  But he's the same as last year only sedated, there simply isn't
anything there anymore, his soul is completely dead.  He exists solely to go to
the gay bar/nightclub/bathhouse/toilet and infect more people (oh, and snort
crystal meth and chainsmoke cigarettes).  At this point I think criminal charges
need to be filed, or whatever legal procedures are available to take him off the
streets and put into a secure ward at a mental hospital.

What should I do?  I'm not registered to vote in California, but I think if I
wrote my state reps and maybe even federal they might do something about it.
I can't imagine that any state with severe Medicaid budget cuts wants to add
more people to its system.  I realize he's my brother, but he is a killer in
my opinion.  He has no conscience, no soul, no intellect, nothing but a
raging hardon and an ashtray.  Nothing matters, nothing even exists in his
universe but his own self-gratification.

I dunno, you will have to see what gorgeous George says, he knows all
about this sort of sh.t.

And do you think I care?  The regulars on this group know who I am, I've told
the same story for years and whether you like it or not it is true.  I won't
go into the gorier details such as the genital warts and transexual niggers,
but suffice it to say all of it is true.

I added this tidbit to another thread, but regarding our trip to SF the other
day, I pointed out a book called "Chinese Propaganda Posters" in a Chinatown
bookstore window, featuring the typical image of Mao Tse Tung and surrounded
by several statues of Mao in classic revolutionary poses.  I asked him if he
knew who it was and he looked at me retardedly and said he didn't know.  What
he DID know was the name and location of every gay bar and bathhouse in the
SF Bay Area.
