Circumcision reduces the risk of contracting AIDS. Researchers in
France and in South Africa discover that male circumcision reduces the
risk of contracting AIDS by as much as 70%.

Correct !!!!
Only 100% is acceptable !!!
I vote to castrate ALL males born in the next 250 years, worldwide.
That will guarantee that AIDS will be eradicated !

My vote would be for scientist to make an improved retrovirus
that works in a month rather than years.
