Yeah I paid some dirty hooker to give me a blow job and long story
short she didnt finish (i didnt ejalculate) and im wondering how likely
it is I attracted some disease

and should i go to a clinic (yes  i guess but how urgently)

Almost zero risk with a BJ.

Don't worry about it for a second.

Choose Hookers that finish what they start in future.

I would concede that the risk SEEMS low, but AFAIK no one has ever
bothered to actually calculate the risk of transmission for any
particular sexual act (or if they have it is being suppressed for
reasons of political correctness).  The risk is NOT 0.00% as the
AIDS advocates would have you believe, but I can't say what the
actual risk would be.

It is generally believed that semen is the primary carrier of the
HIV virus and it seems to explain why almost all cases occur among
men who have had receptive anal or oral sex with an infected man,
or among women who have receptive vaginal, anal, or oral sex with
an infected man, but VERY rarely among men who have any type of
sex with an infected woman or women who have any type of sex with
other women (but I did read of a case where it was transmitted
through lesbian sex).

More likely is that the writer contracted something like herpes,
genital warts, gonnorhea (sp?), syphillis, or some other nasty
disease, but none of those will kill him and if he did catch HIV
then it doesn't matter whether he goes to the clinic or not,
he's already dead.

Rare - So rare there is only ONE suspected case in the entire World and
that was never confirmed.

Maybe not 0.000000000% (if you believe in 'AIDS') but clearly
0.0000000001% at most.

SEX IS VERY, VERY SAFE DISPITE ALL THE PURITAN HYPE.

I said "not quite the right group for this" because im not really
concerned about aids, but other diseases.   I guess what im asking is
how dangerous a non-ejalculate BJ is overall

Are you going to believe your next sex partner telling you they only
did one sexual practice and then just stopped there?

Very often people do not just do one sexual practice and stop.

One of the myths of ranking risks for sexual practices is a notion that
sexual practices can be isolated for risk.

It is a myth because very often people do not just do one sexual
practice and stop there.

Then there is that the heart beats faster, the mind goes numb, people
do not acurately recall what actually happened at every moment during
sex.

Your next sexual partner's recollection of their sexual history cannot
be accurate always.

Now think about the reverse, what might your next sexual partner be
concerned about regarding your sexual history !?

No, it's not safe, and my stupid brother found that out the hard way.
And amazingly, just after I wrote the earlier reply I went to work and
my Mexican-American coworker asked me if I knew of a doctor on the
Mexican side because he had recently f.cked a girl who gave him
something (probably gonnorhea because he said his dick burned).  Most
Mexicans have no problem with condoms, but some do goosestep to the
catholic church's party line that all forms of birth control are a
sin, but naturally ignore the prohibition on pre-marital sex (it's
always amazing how comfortable xians of any sect feel about picking
and choosing those parts of the bible and church dogma to obey).

Go get tested for sexually transmitted infections today rather than
tomorrow.

Detecting any infection earlier than later would make it easier to
treat.

The sexually transmitted infections are epidemic to such an extent that
there are free clinics that will test everybody listed on your state or
provincial government website under Public Health clinics, for example
http://www.doh.wa.gov/
http://www.dhs.ca.gov/

Look at from the point of view of your next sexual partner.

Or look at it considering that your next sexual partner could have had
similar kinds of sexual experiences.

Would you have sex with somebody you just met who told you they have an
infection and that if you got it you could die?

Consider that for most people sexual behavior is consistant. That
somebody who had one kind of experience has probably had previous
experiences that would raise similar questions.

the strategy of getting tested together before having sex
