If you have two people who meet and together go for a test and one of
them turns up positive the other person has the choice not to have sex
and then infection is prevented.

If two people do not go on to have sex where one of them has an infection
then an infection is prevented.

If they use the test results and one person declines to have sex than an
infection is prevented.

The strategy will prevent one more infection.

All these other so called safer sex and condom methods have failure rates.

Using your test results and not having sex has a 100% success rate.

There's the argument that the strategy ruins the spontaneity and
adventure of sex, but then there's the spontaneity and adventure of
taking pills for the rest of your life.

Hey, Don, if people thought that way, there would be no unwanted
children,
no sexually transmitted diseases, no unwanted pregnancies.

If the brain was more powerful than the sex drive, the world would be a
much,
much different place than it is.

There is only so much blood in the human body, when it goes where it is
needed in a moment of passion, it drains from the brain. Not good;
not good at all.

Don, I love your scenario. Two people meet in a bar, they have a few
drinks, decide
to leave for a little passion. But wait, it is 2:00 a.m. and these two
people
are going to head out into the night and look for an 24-hour AIDS
testing station.
After having found one, submitting to test and enjoying its results.
Both HIV-.
What does that tell these two people? Absolutely nothing. Why?
Because
there is an incubation period before results will show. Deadly.

Only safe sex can save the moment!

Yes, everything man has ever made or God has made has a failure rate.
In the end
no matter how perfectly we are made, we die. Our body fails us in the
end if our mind
doesn't go first.

Stupidity and ignorance cause the highest failure rate.

There is an expression that one should have at least one degree or reach
the
age of 35 before one has sex or gets married.. Absolutely, truthfully
the best advice.

The world should have sex within the Pope's guidelines in a perfect
world. But anyone beyond the age of
the first sexual awakening understands why it is a battle lost in the
minds of most individuals in spite of God's help and religion - and
self-control.
