You may get a bad case of fruit fly.

My suggestion is forget your fears of std's (I can tell you from
experience that they pose NO real problem) and try sex with humans not
fruits (unless you are a gay male in which case you can enjoy the best of
both worlds - a bad joke but not intended to be homophobic in any way).
