info on who hes been with please contact NYC Health Department.

Sorry, but that would violate his privacy as well as civil rights. You
have no right to judge him just because of his alternative lifestyle
options. Why to some segments of the gay community, contracting this
new multidrug-resistant strain of HIV is the greatest "gift" they could
receive.
