> really! thats strange
Ask Paul for references from reliable sources and then confirm them yourself
by reading the source directly. You must do this because Paul/Mark has been
shown to lie, make up numbers, misrepresent numbers, quote sources in such
away as to totally misrepresent the findings of the source in question,
quote quotes from within sources as being fact when the source was quoting
the item as a reference to a wrong or negative finding, and any other
deceptive tactic he can think up when he is posting his propaganda.
As to his claims about HIV rates of those over 60 being higher then those of
people 13 to 24 if he is talking about cumulative HIV and AIDS cases then
yes that might be (might be I have not checked the CDC site to be sure)
true. However if as he wants you to believe he is talking about the rate of
growth (new cases of HIV or AIDS diagnosed) he is most assuredly lying.
For the years 2000 to 2003 in the 32 states with CDC approved reporting
procedures;
There were 14,669 new HIV or AIDs case diagnosed in the age group 13-24,
during that same time period there were only 8,022 in the age group of 55 up
to and beyond 65 (which is counting the 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, year olds that
Paul does not count in his claim so the apples to apples number would be
even smaller) so Paul is defiantly lying to you and us again. You can see
this in the chart from the CDC at the following URL that I include bellow.
