isolation!

i am no expert! can you explain ! what i read in diffrent books is they
cant isolate "hiv" as other viruses are isolated.

now they have the "hiv"-test and the pcr saying f the react the hiv virus
is there and alot of them.

but why is it that it cant be isolated the classical way like all the
other viruses.

Probably because it is not a virus in the first place.
