you'd better get your CD4 count done. And atone for your nonsense to
those people you claim to have had unprotected sex with.

Of course, HIV doesn't care a damn about your opinion or mine. It
exists. It causes AIDS. You can squeal, scream, lie, distort and
mutilate data all you want. And we will highlight your distortions.

But you can't change that simple, devastating fact. I wish to god you
were right and it was some big conspiracy. But it ain't. And I've got

It ain't drugs. It ain't ARV toxicities (tho they can be lethal--not
NEARLY as often as AIDS). It ain't lifestyle.

It's HIV. It doesn't care about your gender, ethnicity, sexual
orientation. It will, through direct and indirect mechanisms, induce
the depletion of CD4+ T lymphocytes. This will result in horrific
susceptibility to infections. To wasting and death if untreated.

That's reality.
