Correctly. If the syndrome had nothing to do with sex, I sure would not
want him to treat it as an std nor would I want him to prescribely deadly
medications based on a flawed hypothesis.

Doctors kill over 300,000 Americans a year according to official
statictic, by 'mistake'. I believe the true figure may be five times
higher, making a visit to the doctor a highly risky proposition.

         a. What would consider to be correctly?... if you were ill
            with a sexually transmitted infection.

         b. How would you want your doctor to diagnose it
if you had a sexually transmitted infection?...

         c. What steps would you want the doctor to take
            in caring for you?...

Correctly.

The trouble is knowing what that is in any particular situation.

Clearly it is not killing you with medications only to discover the
condition was not what you thought.

         a. What do you believe to be correct?... if your partner

Please give an example or examples of what exactly you
believe to be meant by correctly...

         b. How would you want your doctor to detect infection
if your partner had a sexually transmitted infection?...

         correct

1 : conforming to an approved or conventional standard
2 : conforming to or agreeing with fact, logic,
             or known truth

"1 : conforming to an approved or conventional standard"

Except what is excepted one day is known as a myth the next.

Leaches for example.

You keep repeating the same silly question.

How about a response to the reply?

Perhaps he's hoping to start a civil conversation with somebody who
finds his question intersting, and some rude jackass who doesn't care
about the question keeps following up with captious non-answers.

David Pasquarelli probably believed to the day he died that people
hated him because of his beliefs, and not because he was an aggressive
a.shole.  You seem to be determined to walk in his footsteps.

Canzi Pants didn't know David Pasquarelli. I knew him for many years
to be a sweet wonderful and selfless person.

As to who the "aggressive a.shole" would be, perhaps Canzi Pants
needs to heed Shakespeare:

"... the lady doth protest too much"

Sure you did Frod. If you don't call his tatics aggressive then  we know
that your moral compass has been out of order for years and your just
confirming that for us once again.

I never said he wasn't aggressive.

"Moral compass"?

More Public Relationspeak by Mr. Drug Company Misinformation  Boiler
Room himself, Gary Swine!

And gee, just think it was so many years ago that Mr. Swine purported
to be on his deathbed with AIDS - and resurrected by the HAART
Cocktails that only seemed to have only spared Mr. Swine.

Today's Standard of Care proves that!

Better luck next time, Mssr. Swine.

I don't think you know how to tell if somebody is an a.shole, because
if you did you would have to face a terrible truth.

I would want my doctor to treat and cure the infection.

I damn sure wouldn't expect my doctor to prescribe toxic
cancer drugs in order to lower a count for a  phony virus
test that has no correspondence to better health or
prevention of transmission.

What the f.ck is the matter with you?
