This release uses the cohort-component methodology to estimate the 2004
mid-year population of South Africa. The mid-2004 population is estimated
at approximately 46,6 million. Africans are in the majority (nearly 37
million) and constitute 79,3% of the total South African population.

That is a population growth rate of about 1.3% per year.
So: births + immigration - deaths - emigration = 1.3%
1 equation, 4 unknowns. Mathematicians call this an underspecified
problem and know better than to try to solve it.
